Additional Documentation Needed before completing the application process:

These documents will not be turned in with the Civil Service application, they will be required at a later time when meeting with a recruiter.

Copy of Birth Certificate from the Bureau of Vital Statistics or Original Naturalization Papers

Copy of High School Diploma or approved G.E.D.

Official Transcripts for any higher education

Copy of valid Driver's License

Copy of military DD214 (if applicable)

Copy of Social Security Card

All documented name changes (i.e. marriage license, divorce decree, adoption, etc.)

Copy of Selective Service Card (if male between ages of 18-25)

TABE Scores or Official College Transcripts indicating 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of college course work.
